Research Louisville
University Hospital is celebrating Research Day on October 12, 2009. The day long activity includes four presentations by well renowned speakers in healthcare. This year’s focus is to establish and promote best research evidence with our clinical expertise and our patient’s unique value and circumstances.
Poster displays will feature nursing and interdisciplinary research studies and performance improvement projects conducted at University Hospital. These posters will be evaluated by judges and winners will be announced at the conclusion of the activities of the day.
Our Aims and Objective of Annual Research Day Celebration is to:
- Promote evidence based best practices and create an environment for change and quality improvement
- Foster relationship with research professionals/subject matter experts
- Increase opportunity for interdisciplinary and innovative collaborations
- Promote innovative and scientific approach in problem solving for improved patient care
- Promote excellence in health sciences research
